Terms and Conditions

Reservations Require a 50% deposit to book a date.

The remaining balance can be paid by the day of the trip. Any Cancelation Prior to 14 days before the Schedule trip will receive a full refund.  If after the 14 days the deposit will be forfeited. 

Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated.  

(The Industry standard 10-20%) I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash payment.

All Credit Card transactions require a 3.5% Processing fee.

WARNING:

Any person or parties that get out of control and become a danger to the safety of the trip, will then cause the trip To be terminated at that time with no refund given. I want everyone to have a good time, but keeping everyone safe is #1!!  

Any Lost gear (RODS & REELS) dropped overboard Will need to be replaced.

 Weather can cause trips to be cancelled. It’s very hard to predict the weather weeks, or even months out. If this happens, you can reschedule for another day.
